You can keep the same design that it has and just change the covering or make it back to new with all new padding. We can change the style and update the piece to a more modern look if that is what you want.

We know how to care for your furniture matters


Furniture Matters did not design it. 

Furniture Matters did not build it. 

Furniture Matters did not offer it for sale.

Everyone knows, and so will you,

 if Furniture Matters repairs it,

it will be back to new.

Because that is what we do.

What is included with warranty services

We get a FAX, phone call or email from a Furniture Dealer or Manufacturer or Extended Warranty Company

with consumer's information and concern description.

We call the consumer and confirm address, telephone #'s and concerns.

 If we determine that we can complete service without special order of parts,

we schedule an appointment for service..

If determined that the service cannot be completed without the new part(s).

We order parts from the Manufacturer using information supplied on the Service Request.

File paperwork and wait for parts.

We get e-mail from Manufacturer - the numbers - do not match.
Pull paperwork.
Call Dealer and or Customer to get correct numbers.

If no information / tag can be found by Consumer or Store, we schedule appointment to go get pictures.

Parts are 2 - 8 weeks ETA.
Sometimes the customer calls and wants to know status of parts.
We then locate and pull paperwork, contact factory get info, call customer back.

After waiting for the parts, we receive part and verify it is what we ordered.
Mark the part - pull paperwork - contact customer.
Get directions and set appointment.
Make reminder calls the day before.
Load the route's parts.

Call customer 30 minutes before arriving.
Drive no less than 8 miles to our 1st stop.
Park at street and push by the pack of “happy dogs” to front door.

Wait for minutes,
Customer opens door and says go around to the back door.
Play with dogs going downhill while carrying the tools and parts.
Wait for customer to come open back door.
Customer tells story about “How much they paid and question why their concern happened."
We are never there when it 'breaks', so we guess “God makes it happen so we can work.”.

Help remove sleeping children, clothes and whatever is on the sofa.
Check that the part is correct color and shape.
Take pictures.
Move coffee tables and lamps.
Lay down mats and set up tools and power cords.

Complete the repair, take pictures.
fold blankets, remove old parts and tools.
Fill out required forms and verify numbers.

Explain the Factory warranty.
Have customer inspect work and sign paperwork as 'satisfied with the service.'
Enjoy dogs back uphill to van.

If that was the last stop, drive back to shop/office.

Clean out van load tomorrow's parts.
Bill the proper source.
Wait 30 - 60 days.
Get check or direct deposit in mail.
Pull paperwork and complete it and file it.
Go to bank and deposit money.
Now it is finished.
